Spring is around the corner
In spring the garden is a feast of blossom, the season after winter and before summer, in which vegetation begins to appear. In the northern hemisphere from March to May and in the southern hemisphere from September to November.

I am not sure how to define spring outside the calendar in which it is from March 1st. But in the garden spring season has begun. Not only with me balancing on a tall ladder to cut down a really tall hedge. But also cause of the tiny flowers sticking up here and there.

On my way to a client's place I pass a park that is already full of yellow amazing Daffodils. So I guess this is spring time. A time for creativity, home improvement and so much more.
Since I decided to quit breeding as late as during fall season 2024 I feel very much torn apart right now. Realising I cannot stop looking at stallion prospects, and yesterday I came across a young pup that would have been brilliant.
If only I still had a breeding mare, that is.
However, in the absence of actually having a reason to scout for stallions I now find myself focusing on home improvement. Something that is also fun, and also very much needed.
But what really made my day was not the three cans of paint dropping in but the hand made drawing from the owner of the web shop that came along with it.
What a great way to treat ones customers, and also something that a lot of business' in the world of horses could learn from.
For sure a great topic to talk and write about on another day.
Now I will take up some great advice from the shop owner where I ordered my paint, and just paint it beautiful!
