The 'early spring edition' of Youhorse.auction kicked off on Tuesday evening with a promising start. The highlight of the evening was the five-year-old Checkpoint Blue De Rock Z.

The exciting finale follows on Wednesday evening, with another 49 horses going under the hammer

Checkpoint Blue De Rock Z (Chacco Blue x Cassini I), as a half-brother of the well-known Grand Prix stallion Dominator 2000 Z, attracted much attention right from the start. The winning bid of 38,000 euros came from buyers in Latvia. The same damline also produced the four-year-old stallion Arlington VDL (Aganix du Seigneur x Diamant de Semilly), which was sold for 22,000 euros to Germany

The Dutch market was well represented with five purchases, including the five-year-old Pi (Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve x Indoctro), which was sold for 24,000 euros. The five-year-old gelding Dreamboy JP Z (Diamant de Semilly x Cornet Obolensky) will continue his career in Denmark for 24,000 euros, while the six-year-old Hickock – KL (Hickstead White x Lennard) heads to the Czech Republic for 22,000 euros.

The five-year-old Carwina (Carambole x Diamant de Semilly) also reached 22,000 euros.

The six-year-old Chaccolano (Chacgrano x Landor S) was sold for 20,000 euros to buyers from Romania. Other winning bids came from, among others, buyers in India, Morocco, and Japan, with Spain leading the way with seven purchases.
